I've been practicing as a therapist for over 10 years. I love longboarding, creating, hiking, traveling, good eats, cold plunging, and connecting with my kids and the elements. I'm stoked about creating a space of openness and compassion, working directly to help individuals move past feelings of being stuck, anxious, chronically stressed, or disconnected from life. I focus on creating nervous system balance and teaching tools that allow my clients to take the lead in their wellness journey.

As a transpersonal psychotherapist, I guide clients toward deeper self-connection using integrative, evidence-based practices. Rooted in holistic healing, I incorporate forest therapy, neuro-somatic breathwork, and movement influenced by Eastern and Western medicine, alongside my energy medicine certifications. My approach combines sound therapy and breathwork with trauma-informed, somatic, and polyvagal principles to enhance emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. I specialize in fostering body awareness, intuitive insight, and nervous system regulation through daily practices for lasting transformation.

In our sessions, I offer a space to explore practices grounded in neuroscience and mind-body research, empowering you to experience a fuller, more embodied relationship with yourself and the world around you. These practices address deeply rooted stories and limiting beliefs within the body, transforming them into radical honesty, accountability, and ownership for authentic self-expression.

I integrate elemental therapy, using breathwork, shadow journaling, meditation, and movement to hold a safe space for self-expression and authenticity. My methods include exploring patterns that foster limiting beliefs in yourself, building connections with intentions to encourage self-guided boundaries, and connecting with your body and intuition. Using transpersonal psychology practices like Reiki, polyvagal regulation, narrative therapy, chakra balance, sound therapy, and cold therapy, I help sustain embodied alignment.
