My journey in Clinical Social Work began back in 1991 when I completed my Masters at the University of Toronto, specializing in Addictions and Mental Health. Over the years, I've had the privilege of providing therapy and counselling for more than three decades, all around the world, including Canada, the Cayman Islands, and Bermuda.
I'm not just a therapist; I'm someone who believes in the power of genuine connection and understanding. My approach to therapy is a blend of various techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
For me, it's not just about expertise; it's about walking alongside individuals on their unique journeys toward well-being. I bring warmth and dedication to every session, aiming not only to provide guidance but also to foster a shared commitment to personal growth.
