Getting through this thing called life can be difficult for anyone. At times, it feels like there's nowhere for us to slow down and sort through the noise of the day. A moment to breathe, and just maybe, let our shoulders drop, as we find our way back into our body. Maybe you're in need of that kind of space.
I work from a relational and anti-oppressive perspective that is influenced by my own life experiences and my years of working with clients. I provide trauma-informed and affirming care to support individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, life-changes and transitions, self-esteem, and gender and sexuality exploration. My work is collaborative and building a relationship out of respect, authenticity, and care with you is the foundation of our work together. I believe that with someone in your corner, you can drop shame and build the confidence to live a full and genuine life.
I have a Masters in Social Work with a specialization in gender and sexuality from Temple University.
